Camping Part II

Point Beach State Park was a fabulous place!  We went with 4 other families and got a huge group campsite all to ourselves.  With 12 miles of bike trails, a beautiful sandy beach, lighthouse and hiking trails we definitely weren't bored and would love to go back again!  Here's a few photos...I have some great ones of everyone else's families but I figured I would let you decide if you want your "natural camping beauty" posted on your own blog or not.  I will get them to you soon!

In an effort to keep Camille a little less dirty, she got to play on a tarp.  She made it over to the dirt a few times but all in all it was a good strategy.

Camping Part I

I took lots of pics this camping trip, so I'll start with the ones I took before we even got to the campground!

First stop was the Kohler museum...like the brand.  Super cool things to look at!

Landon and Nick decided to match each other for the trip....so precious.

Yup.  That's a big wall of toilets and sinks!

And that is a naked, plaster guy holding up a bathtub!

Everyone is so excited (especially Nick I think)  about this awesome toilet that does things like regulate the temp of the seat and the water, give you a nice little rinse, close automatically.....  sorry Camille is a little immodest....

I want this bathtub, water spout, everything!  It overflows on the sides and you can turn on a champagne-like bubble button

I think it was Amber that once said, you know you've got it made when you have one of these babies!  It's a faucet that moves around so you can fill up a pot of water right on your stove.  Totally want one of these!

I liked these mirrored kitchen cabinets but Nick definitely didn't.  Who hangs their cocktail dress in their kitchen?  Or maybe I should be asking who doesn't?

Summers are so busy!  I can't complain--it's busy because we are doing lots of fun things.  Our apartment, however...may or may not be disastrous. ;)  Live it up while the sun's still shining though, right?  Here's a few pics from a fun day with the Renchers.

First Camping Trip

We took Camille on her first camping trip with a few friends.  It was great fun aside from overnight.  There was a big thunder/rainstorm that woke Camille up about 10pm and she didn't really sleep after that, so neither did we!  We enjoyed our time during the day doing a little hiking, and 'smore eating.  Stay tuned for pics from our next camping trip.
